Aircraft Technician
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Provide first-class maintenance services for Part 145 Repair Station.
- Perform work assigned including the overhaul, repair, alterations, assembly, servicing, and the performance of routine maintenance and non-routine maintenance on aircraft, components, or related parts of the aircraft.
- While working on aircraft components or related parts of the aircraft, perform work as outlined on the applicable work forms and in accordance with the manufacturer’s maintenance manuals as well as the company 145 Repair Station manual and sign for the accomplishment of such work on applicable work forms and records. Responsible for the work they perform.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments necessary to perform job assignments.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Outstanding customer relations abilities required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in business jet maintenance environment.
- Must demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts and schematics.
- Sufficient physical agility to work in confined aircraft work spaces.
- Must have manual dexterity required for a technician.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work at heights up to 50ft.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in using computerized aircraft maintenance programs and manuals.
- Must comply with all safety and housekeeping policies.
- Engine run and Taxi qualified on business aircraft, desired.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to comply with DOT Drug & Alcohol testing requirements.
- Must be willing to work extended hours based on Repair Station production.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must have a current A&P license.

Aircraft QA Inspector
RBR Maintenance is currently seeking an experienced, certificated Aircraft QA Inspector to join their team. RBR Maintenance is a 145 Repair Station conveniently located at Dallas Love Field (DAL) and has over 30 years of experience in providing expert repairs and maintenance to the aviation industry.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Perform receiving, preliminary, in-process, hidden damage and final inspections.
- Verify completion of all work orders and sign airworthiness release.
- Ensure that work is accomplished per established inspection procedures.
- Ensure that all aircraft maintenance meets FAA, customer, company and/or manufacturers specifications.
- Ensure that inspection items are complied with properly and all necessary forms are completed.
- Ensure that parts tags are filled out properly and the proper tag is attached to the part(s) as required.
- Maintain a thorough familiarity with the content of the company Repair Station Manual and all subsequent revisions.
- Provide initial and recurrent training to site employees.
- Remain cognizant of applicable CFRs, most notably Part 145, 121, 65 and Part 43.
- Review inspection forms and paperwork for proper completion.
- Perform quality assurance audits.
- Perform routine surveillance of in-process work.
- Assist Records Supervisor with controlling and auditing work orders.
- Must be able to meet production schedule and quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to wear fall restraint equipment and other safety equipment as required.
- Must be able to research Airworthiness Directives.
- Must be able to work at heights up to 50ft.
- Must be able to comply with DOT Drug & Alcohol testing requirements.
- Must be willing to work extended hours based on Repair Station production.
- Minimum six (6) years’ experience in business jet maintenance environment.
- Must be able to read, write & speak English.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must have current A&P License.

Avionics Technician
RBR Maintenance is currently seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to join their team. RBR Maintenance is a 145 Repair Station conveniently located at Dallas Love Field (DAL) and has over 30 years of experience in providing expert repairs and maintenance to the aviation industry.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Perform inspections, make adjustments and repairs, replace components and correct any malfunction or deficiency with and without power applied to aircraft.
- Perform basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
- Perform maintenance aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and FAA regulations.
- Troubleshoot and assist with repairs on components detached from the aircraft, for example, flaps, ailerons, elevators, rudders, doors and leading edges.
- Assist with on-site and off-site repairs to aircraft.
- Assist in development of installations for engineering.
- Assist Aircraft Technicians and other employees in troubleshooting and repair of aircraft.
- Work on aircraft as well as in shops, for example, cleaning aircraft using approved materials, methods and equipment.
- Document work performed per Inspections Procedure Manual.
- Troubleshoot and perform complex electrical repairs at on-site and off-site locations as needed.
- Assist and perform as needed with complete engine runs, transport of aircraft and operation of ground support equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have a minimum three (3) years electrical/aviation maintenance experience.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering documents, maintenance manuals, repair manuals and wiring diagram manuals.
- Must have the ability to read, write and understand the English language.
- Must be able to comply with DOT Drug & Alcohol testing requirements.
- Must be willing to work extended hours based on Repair Station production.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
